5. Providing Personal Information
The company doesn’t provide personal information of applicants to external in principle. But it has exceptions in the following cases.
- The case that applicants agree in advance; - The case that in accordance with the provisions of the Act; The company doesn’t provide personal information of applicants to third parties, and if providing is occurred, the company will go through the due process prescribed by the relevant statues.

Providing Personal Information to a Third Party ① The company provides personal information of the information provider to a third party only within the scope specified in clause ② regarding the collection and use of personal information. It is provided with consent of the information provider and if it falls within the purview of Articles 17 and 18 of the [Personal Information Protection Act]. ② The company provides personal information to a third party as follows. - Recipient of personal information: JYP Entertainment Co., Ltd. - Use of personal information by the recipient: Development and operation of system to provide audition application services and data storage. - Provided personal information: Team name or individual’s full name, gender, date of birth, address, educational background / major, contact, e-mail address, photo, details of the submitted song (song title, credits, lyrics, song file), residential status in Korea, nationality. - Retention of personal information and period of use: The stated period in the privacy policy or until the termination of the consignment contract. |

Consignment of Personal Information The company entrusts processing of personal information in the following manner for smooth data management and operation of business. - Consignee (trustee): JYP Entertainment Co.,Ltd. - Consignment duties : System development and operation for service provision and data storage |
3. Revision Period
The revised privacy policy is effective as of August 3, 2022.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
If an intention of refusal is not expressed by the day before the revision is effective, it will be deemed as consent to the revised policy.
