JYP Publishing Corp. (the “Company”) approved a merger at its shareholders’ meeting held on May 29, 2025, under which JYP Entertainment Corporation (“JYP ENT”) will be the surviving entity, and the Company will be dissolved (the “Merger”).

 

As a result of the Merger, all personal information currently collected and processed by the Company will be transferred to JYP ENT as of the effective date of the Merger, July 1, 2025 (scheduled).
